Does the subscription have a commitment period?
No, you can subscribe to the Premium plan either monthly or annually and cancel anytime you want.
Just remember to cancel before the renewal date. Once the renewal is charged, you can only cancel from the next billing cycle, whether monthly or annual.
When and how can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your user panel and accessing the membership settings.
Of course, we’d love for you to stay so you can enjoy all the progress and tools we’ll be adding in the future 😎.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, the renewal stops, but you can still access the services until the end of the current billing cycle, whether monthly or annual.
Can I request a refund?
Since we offer instant access to the dictionary and its tools, our service does not include refunds.
So if you’re not sure about subscribing to one of the Premium plans, we recommend you don’t, and instead enjoy the free section 🙏.
Can I use the dictionary on any device?
Yes, you can use it on your smartphone, tablet, computer, TV, or even smartwatch… Anywhere you have a modern web browser and internet access.
The only limit is on simultaneous devices — if you reach the limit, you may have to log out on one device to log in on another.
Can I use it offline?
Currently, the dictionary is only available online, so you must be connected to the internet to use it.
What payment methods are available?
We only accept card payments, processed through Stripe, one of the largest and most secure payment platforms.

Are the dictionary words used throughout Morocco? ⚠️
You probably know that in Morocco, there are many regionalisms and different ways of saying the same word.
In the dictionary, we’ve included the most general words so that you can communicate and be understood.
You might find some people telling you that what you said “doesn’t exist” or is wrong — often due to lack of knowledge of their own dialect.
Don’t worry — it’s probably just a regional variation, and the person correcting you may not be familiar with it.
Can I lend my subscription to a friend or family member?
In principle, the dictionary is for individual use only.
You cannot share your account, as this violates our terms and conditions and could result in account suspension and IP blocking (meaning you wouldn’t even be able to use the free version).
We have tools to detect abnormal device or IP usage linked to your account, so keep your account secure 😜.
Is there a word missing in the dictionary? Can I suggest it?
If you’re subscribed to the Premium Plan or Lifetime Plan, you can suggest any words you want.
